What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in SGD.
What happens after I order?
You should receive an email confirmation once order is confirmed. We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information and tracking details.
To cancel your order, email us at hello@formesquad.com within the first 30 minutes after receiving an order confirmation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can make payment through Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major bank credit/debit cards — VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Union Pay.

How do I know which size fits me?
Our products are gender inclusive and should fit up to EU42 — S fits EU 34-37, M fits EU 38-42. If you're in between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more secure fit.
Is the material durable and comfortable for humid weather?
Yes, it is made out of 75% combed cotton, 20% nylon, 5% spandex. It has cushioned terry interior which makes it extra soft for your skin!
What's the recommended aftercare?
- Recommended to wash inside out in a laundry bag on gentle or delicate wash cycle
- Max 30 degree celcius
- Wash with similar colours
- Do not tumble dry, hang or flat dry only
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship locally in Singapore currently. Free shipping above $65 spend.
However, we are exploring having the option to ship internationally in the near future! Do drop us a message at hello@formesquad.com or via the Contact Us page to let us know which country you are from if you are keen.
How long does shipping take?
Once order is confirmed, the team will process the order within 1-2 working days. Once it's handed over to the logistics partner, you'll receive a tracking number and it will arrive between 3-5 working days.
